We mostly frost windows up to 1700mm FFL (From floor level / finished floor level) for overlooking. This is extremely common these days with new homes overlooking their neighbours and is a compliance requirement.
As for before and after, I would suggest the before photo be a screenshot of the plans then the after shot be a completed job.
