Covid-19 Policy
At tint.melbourne the health and safety of our staff and customers is a top priority of our business. That’s why our business commits to the COVID-19 guidelines set out by our industry body, the Window Film Association of Australia and New Zealand (WFAANZ) and the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS).
General Business Policy
- Encourage staff and customers to practice social distancing; no hand shaking
- No employees have been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19
- No employees will interact with customers if feeling unwell and displaying symptoms
- Fever
- Tiredness
- Dry cough
- Employees wash their hands well and frequently with soap and water, or alcohol-based sanitiser
- While most coughs and sneezes aren’t related to COVID-19, when our staff cough or sneeze they will:
- Cover with a tissue or into the elbow
- Dispose of tissues immediately
- Use alcohol-based hand sanitiser
Technician Policy
Additional To General Business Policy
- When arriving at your home/office our staff will use alcohol-based hand sanitiser
- Our staff will wear a face mask at the request of our customers (DHHS recommend NOT to wear a face mask if you are well)
Customers
To Protect Our Staff, We Ask You To Please…
- Let us know immediately on 1800 837 727 if anyone in your home/office is:
- Feeling unwell
- In isolation
- Has a confirmed case of COVID-19
- Has come in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19
- Ensure you, your family and/or co-workers keep you/their distance from our staff and work area
