Covid-19 Policy

At the health and safety of our staff and customers is a top priority of our business. That’s why our business commits to the COVID-19 guidelines set out by our industry body, the Window Film Association of Australia and New Zealand (WFAANZ) and the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS).

General Business Policy

  • Encourage staff and customers to practice social distancing; no hand shaking
  • No employees have been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19
  • No employees will interact with customers if feeling unwell and displaying symptoms
    • Fever
    • Tiredness
    • Dry cough
  • Employees wash their hands well and frequently with soap and water, or alcohol-based sanitiser
  • While most coughs and sneezes aren’t related to COVID-19, when our staff cough or sneeze they will:
    • Cover with a tissue or into the elbow
    • Dispose of tissues immediately
    • Use alcohol-based hand sanitiser

Technician Policy

Additional To General Business Policy

  • When arriving at your home/office our staff will use alcohol-based hand sanitiser
  • Our staff will wear a face mask at the request of our customers (DHHS recommend NOT to wear a face mask if you are well)


To Protect Our Staff, We Ask You To Please…

  • Let us know immediately on 1800 837 727 if anyone in your home/office is:
    • Feeling unwell
    • In isolation
    • Has a confirmed case of COVID-19
    • Has come in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19
  • Ensure you, your family and/or co-workers keep you/their distance from our staff and work area
